GENERAL TURNAROUND
We aim to complete all orders that require branding within 10 working days (2 weeks from the day ordered). This includes any products purchased in the online shops category as these these are personalised to order and may not be help as branded stock. During businer periods of the year, the lead time may extend to 14 working days but you will be notified when ordering. Likewise, if products ordered which will be out of stock for any longer period this may also have an impact on delivery time. Where possible a like for like alterntive will be offered to try and avoid any delay in production.
Any orders that are plain and unbranded we will aim to have picked and ready within 3 working days.
As a note, we class a working day as Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
If delvery is required, then goods will be expected to be received 24-48 hours after this timescale by one of the delivery services we offer and charged acordingly as shown below.
