GENERAL DELIVERY & RETURNS...

As a standard, we aim to turnaround all branded orders in 7-10 working days. This will include any online shop orders as everything is branded to order. If delivery is required, you will receive you completed order with 24/48 hours from completion.

There may be exceptions to this which can be specific product dependent, back orders and if we've used our offshore partner factory for manufactured items which will add to this completion time. You will be notified specific completion dates at the start of the process along with any back order information that is beyond our control.


Any clothing order that are required as plain and unbranded, will be picked and ready within 2 working days if available from stock.


Our public opening hours for collections are:

Monday - Thursday: 9am - 5pm
Friday: 9am - 4pm

Weekends: Sales office closed

As a note, returns will only be accepted for damaged and / or faulty items.  We unfortunetekly can not accept returned items that have been branded if ordered in error.  Please check any size charts and order details thoroughly before confirming an order.
