WHY SCREEN PRINT?

The most traditional of all the branding processes we offer!


"Silk Screening" as it's more traditionally known is a process where wet ink is pushed through a pre-made mesh screen where the design has been embedded as a template. The branded item is then cured through a dryer to give the finished item.


We have a range of machines from single colour, manual stations to 8 colour pneumatic printers for large volumes.

MULTI-COLOUR

We have a range of print machinery to suit anything from single or low volume colours right through to full colour or process designs.

HIGH VOLUME

Screen print is perfect for high volume print runs of 100+.  We can screen print 1,000's of garments a day which means that not only is it great for vigher volume print runs, it is usually far more competitive in price compared to transfer print.

LONG LASTING

Screen print "done properly" should easily outlast the life cycle of the garment it's being printed onto. We've seen jobs we did 20 years ago that still look great (althoiugh the garment itself has seen better days after that time!)
