How do I place an order?

There are several ways you can do this:

By email - If it's a repeat order we will get confirmation over within 24 hours. New enquiries will be quoted to confirm prices first.

Through the website - SImply add available products to the basket, add branding if / where required and follow the checkout & payment steps.

Via the web order portal - Available to approved customers only

How long will my order take?

We usually operate a 7-10 working day production schedule so your order should be completed in this time.  If your order is time sensitive then we will try our very hardest to offer a quicker.  This may change depending on stock availability but someone will contact you before hand to advise on any potential issues. 

How do I pay for my order?

Unless credit terms have been agreed, we'll require payment up front with all branded items.  This can done by either cards, cash or BACS payment depending on what is more convenient.

Do you supply samples?

Yes.  Due to the time and administartion costs, samples are charged at full cost.  These items can then either be used as part of your order or as long as returned to us.  As long as they are not worn, damaged or laundered and with the original packaging they will be refunded when we receive them back.

Will I get a visual before you personalise my items?

Absolutely!  We supply pre-production visuals to check on all new orders so you know what you're getting.  If there is a new embroidery you will also get a real life sew out of the stitched design a few days after this to check.  We don't send visuals for repeat orders.
